Shackle AI manages premium access models via an active monthly subscription program to support high-performance AI inference generation, automated voice profile allocations, and cloud network nodes.
Subscription Cancellations
Premium memberships are priced at a recurring monthly rate of $9.99. Users retain the absolute right to cancel subscription services at any phase. Cancellations can be completed directly through your application profile manager or by triggering the Razorpay Billing Portal option. Following a successful cancellation request, premium privileges remain fully accessible until the conclusion of the current monthly billing period.
Refund Windows & Eligibility
Because premium allocations activate processing resources instantly across system pipelines (including API allocations for customized Gemini assessments and ElevenLabs text-to-speech instances), standard recurring monthly charges are non-refundable. However, digital refund exceptions may be evaluated under specific conditions:
- Technical Failure: Verified platform processing drops or desktop engine conflicts preventing access to premium tools within the initial 48 hours of billing.
- Accidental Renewal: Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours immediately following an automated renewal cycle, provided no premium features (such as voice synthesis processing or bailout tokens) have been deployed.
Initiating an Evaluation
To submit an escalation regarding subscription payment events, transmit your profile identifier, system log metrics, and transaction details received from Razorpay directly to our platform support queue for review.
